During this one-hour Zoom call, you can pick my brain about all things intermittent fasting, whether you’re a newcomer or an experienced intermittent faster who needs some troubleshooting or additional personalised support.

This includes a one-hour Zoom call plus 8 “WhatsApp days” (one day per week for 8 weeks) where you will have my follow-up support for accountability and/or any questions that may arise. You will be able to contact me between 9-5 on the agreed WhatsApp weekday.
