What is intermittent fasting?

Intermittent fasting is an eating pattern that cycles between periods of eating and not eating. You choose the routine that works best for your body and lifestyle. It is NOT a diet.

No calorie counting. No buying special foods, shakes or supplements. Eating food you love.

It’s really simple.

Research shows that intermittent fasting:
